- KUW CMA announced issue of disciplinary resolution No. 59 of 2023 against Nakheel Agricultural Production Company for violating the rules of disclosure and transparency.
Violations
- Violated the provisions of Book 10 re disclosure and transparency rules, article 4-1-1, clause 14 of the Executive Regulations of Law No. 7 of 2010 and their amendments.
- The company failed to disclose on the Kuwait stock exchange the ruling of the Court of Appeal regarding the cancellation of the ruling of the court of first instance.
Penalties
- Imposed fine on Nakheel Agricultural Production Company amounted to 2,000 KWD.
