Notification of Voting Rights

• Draft regulation issued proposing to amend the voting rights notification ordinance and thereby introduce the electronic transmission of voting rights notifications to BaFin.
• Note that FAQs will be published on the subject of electronic voting rights notifications.

Effectiveness

• Comments on the draft rules are requested by 6 April 2020 with the intended entry into force of the amendment to the voting rights notification planned for 1 June 2020.
