On 5 March 2024, Thai SET issued rules on period for disclosing information.
- Thai SET revised time for disclosing information, following extended afternoon trading.
Revisions
- Period for disclosure during intermission will be 12.30-13.00, instead of 12.30-13.30.
- This will enable investors to receive sufficient information for their decision making.
- A listed company shall disclose information without delay on the date of the occurrence of the event, either at least 1 hour before the trading hours or after the trading hours.
- If unable to due to force majeure, the listed company shall disclose the information at least 1 hour before the trading hours of the first session on the following business day.
Effectiveness
- Extension of trading hours and change in disclosure period are effective 25 March 2024.
