On 2 August 2023, SK FSS issued measures to promote the establishment of a public disclosure database on the exercise of voting rights, as interim discussion results.

• Measures include: standardizing disclosure forms of SK FIA and KRX by improving relevant standards, enabling the search on information of voting rights exercised by management companies under various conditions such as agenda type and name.
• Also linking disclosure information of SK FIA, KRX to facilitate diversified analysis.
• SK FSS will apply standardized forms from general meetings of shareholders in 2024, prepare detailed improvement plans, schedule to promote database creation.
• Finalize final plan to revise voting rights guidelines after discussions in the task force.
