Sweden – FI Fines for Late Takeover Notification

On 15 October 2020, the Swedish regulator, Finansinspektionen fined Albrektsund Förvaltningsaktiebolag for late takeover notification.

Albrektsund Förvaltningsaktiebolag shall pay a penalty of SEK 200,000.
