On 09.06.2020 BaFin ordered Mr. Sascha Magsamen to issue multiple notifications of major holdings to BaFin and to Sporttotal AG in order to comply with his notification obligations pursuant to sections 33 et seq. of the Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz – WpHG).
Mr. Sascha Magsamen omitted to issue multiple notifications of major holdings regarding Sporttotal AG pursuant to sections 33 et seq. of the WpHG for the years 2012 to 2015.
The order is enforceable but not yet final and conclusive.
Update (10.07.2020):
Mr. Sascha Magsamen has lodged objection against the order.
