- Zenith failed to report or disclose the filing and finalization of a lawsuit for payment of assigned amount, and the finalization of a lawsuit for return of investment funds.
- Zenith failed to report within 7 days the major management situations of trade-name change (2 times), head-office relocation (1 time), and major shareholding change (1 time), which occurred between Jul. 3, 2021 and Nov. 7, 2024.
- It also failed to report the establishment of a new branch within required timeframe.
