- The booklet reflects amendments to laws/regulations and institutional improvements, and addresses difficulties in compliance with reporting requirements.
- For this publication, the KOSDAQ Listed Companies Association newly participated to incorporate accumulated consultation cases in collaboration with SK FSS.
- It also provided detailed explanations of frequently occurring violations and checklists that can be utilized by those required to disclose information related to substantial shareholding.
- The relevant forms were revised to reflect the expanded disclosure re voting rights in case of reporting tender offers / Takeovers and substantial shareholdings.
- In addition, a disclosure form was created in relation to the system of reporting a plan to trade specific securities by executives.
