On 13 November 2018 BaFin issued a version of the updated „Emittentenleitfaden“ on their website (German available; an English version is in progress). Please note, that the version of the updated „Emittentenleitfaden“ can still contain incorrect formatting and links, as the print version has not been finalized yet.

In context of updating BaFin’s „Emittentenleitfaden“ the FAQ-list was revised. The revised version (also only in German available so far) is available on BaFin’s website related to major holdings of voting rights (https://www.bafin.de/DE/Aufsicht/BoersenMaerkte/Transparenzpflichten/BedeutendeStimmrechtsanteile/bedeutendestimmrechtsanteile_node.html).
