On 26 June 2023, Sweden’s FSA fined Modelio Equity AB for failure to report short selling. Modelio Equity AB failed to report threshold breaches in short selling on four separate occasions. Modelio crossed or fell below relevant reporting thresholds. Modelio has been ordered to pay a special fee of SEK 2.5M.
