On 8 June 2026, Consob issued its Form 120 (TR-1) substantial shareholding form in English and provided additional information for filing through the SHINE portal.
Information contained in the Bulletin includes:
- An English translation of the new Form 120 (TR-1)
- Updated information on how to access the SHINE portal
- Updated contact information for queries relating to registration
From 15 June 2026, the new Form 120 will be required, and the SHINE portal will be fully online for submission.
