On 20 January 2023, FINFSA amended rules on property ownership declaration.
- FINFSA issued an amendment to regulation 105.2 on declaring the share and property ownership of a credit institution and its consolidation group to reflect the amended legislation so that it will be repealed with regard to the notification of shareholding.
- Regarding notification of real estate ownership, reference to authorization to issue orders updated to correspond to existing rules; other reporting information removed.
- On the same day, FINFSA repealed Guideline 301.5 on the disclosure of shareholding and units of credit and financial institutions owned by credit institutions belonging to an amalgamation of cooperative banks; the instruction was outdated in terms of content.
