The SEC’s transaction to EDGAR Next begins on 24 March, 2025. The EDGAR system is the platform via which all SEC filings are required to be made. EDGAR filers should prepare to comply with the improvements to filer access and account management.

The new EDGAR Filer Management Dashboard will go live on 24 March 2025. From this date existing filers may enroll in EDGAR Next on the dashboard and new filers must apply for EDGAR access on the amended Form ID and dashboard. From 15 September 2025, filers must comply with EDGAR Next.

To avoid interruption in the ability to file, filers should enroll between 24 March 2025 and 12 September 2025.
