On 28 December 2020, UK FCA issued updated indicative list of instruments subject to the shareholding notification requirement under FSMA S 89F(1)(b), and according to DTR 5.

• The list, as of 1 January 2021 includes: transferable securities; options; futures; swaps; forward rate agreements; contracts for differences; any other contracts or agreements with similar economic effects which may be settled physically or in cash.
