- TorThor. 34/2568 regarding criteria, conditions, and procedures for granting loans for the purchase of securities by securities companies engaged in securities lending business.
- TorThor. 35/2568 regarding business standards, management structure, work systems, and services for securities and futures business operators.
- TorThor. 36/2568 regarding criteria, conditions, and procedures for securities borrowing and lending.
- SorThor. 35/2568 regarding operations related to lending for the purchase of securities and lending of securities to non-institutional clients for short selling.
- SorThor. 36/2568 regarding requirements on work systems and collateral for securities borrowing and lending transactions.
All the above announcements come into effect on 16 October 2025.
