On 11 October 2022, TAI FSC, adjusted the daily intraday securities borrowing and selling orders and margin ratio for securities lending due to political and economic situation.

• Intraday short selling orders shall not exceed 10% of the daily average transaction volume of the securities in the preceding 30 business days, with certain exceptions.
• Minimum margin ratio for securities lending has been adjusted from 100% to 120%.
• The 2 orders are effective on 12 October 2022
• Order FSC no. 11101479253 and order FSC No. 111047925 will be repealed.
