On 9 June 2021, TAI FSC adjusted standards on margin purchase and short selling.

• Follows TAI FSC market maker system soon to be launched end of June.
• Daily volume limit of 30% for intraday securities borrowing and selling does not apply for securities firms acting as stock market maker, providing quotations or for hedging.
• Clarified the types of hedging transactions allowed under the above exemption.
• This order takes effect 30 June 2021; previous FSC no. 10903647836 is repealed.
