On 26 May 2025, TAI FSC, TAI Justice stipulated rules under Securities and exchange act, Standards governing eligibility of securities for margin purchase and short selling.

• In addition, TAI FSC stipulated rules for the amount limits, periods, financing ratios, and margin percentages for margin purchases and short selling in securities trading.
• Following reversion of intraday short selling limit, stock lending margin.
• The stipulated rules are effective from 26 May 2025.
