- SWE FI decision dated 24 October 2019 that Odey will pay a special fee of SEK 13,100.
- Relates to notification that a short net position in shares in JM AB had reached relevant thresholds for publication, failure to notify within the time limit prescribed by law.
- The penalty fee will be invoiced on expiry of the statutory time limit for appeal.
