Sweden – FI Fine Fund for Substantial Shareholding Reporting On 1 March 2019, SFI fined company for late shareholding disclosure. Montanaro Asset Management will pay a penalty fee of SEK 150k for late reporting that a holding of shares in RaySearch Laboratories AB had fallen below a flag limit.
