- ESP CNMV has not detected, from Jan. 9 until today, any specific privileged information pending publication representing asymmetric information between different investors.
- Therefore it has not been necessary to suspend negotiation as precautionary measure.
- Re short selling, ESP CNMV is closely monitoring since 9 January positions in Grifols.
- In aggregate terms and compared to set of Spanish listed companies, these do not present high values and have not determined fundamental evolution of security price.
- Further, there are no conditions established in Regulation 236/2012 on short selling regarding limitation or prohibition of short selling for a measure of that kind.
