Briefing Sessions

• SK FSS has held briefing sessions for corporations including listed companies, subject to business report submission 3-4 times a year since 2012.
• Will hold briefing sessions for 2023 4Q in Seoul on 12 December, Pankyo on 14 December 2023.
• Contents include general principles for preparing regular reports, tips and precautions for submitting electronic documents, recent major examples of correction requests, shareholding disclosure, unfair trade system and examples of major measures.
