Overview
- POL FSA prepared the forms in accordance with template in Annex to Reg 826/2012.
- The short selling notification threshold is 0.1% of company's issued share capital and every 0.1% above or below this threshold.
- In event of failure of ICT system or occurrence of events that prevent submission of a notification via ICT system, notification may be sent to email address provided.
- Immediately after removing system failure/cessation of event preventing notification, it should be submitted again via ICT system available at specific website (link provided).
