- Violated provisions of article 139 and provisions book 10 article 4-1-1 clause 25 re disclosure and transparency of executive regulations of Law 7/2010, its amendments.
- Also provisions of article 1-6-1 of same book of executive regulations of Law 7/2010.
Penalties
- Fine on Jiyad Holding Company amounted to 5,000 KWD for attributed violations.
