Sweden – FI Fines for Late Disclosures

On 15 January 2021, Sweden's regulator, Finansinspektionen has fined two firms for late shareholding disclosure in Nordic Flanges Group AB. Both Brax Investments and Bees Invest will pay SEK 2,400,000.

Sweden – FI Late Substantial Shareholding Disclosure

On 15 January 2021, SWE FI issued judgments by Administrative Court following appeals. Administrative court annulled appealed decisions by SWE FI which imposed penalties. Rulings re Brax and Bees Invest referred cases back to SWE FI for renewed processing.
