- HK FSC said 4 suspects who were charged with securities fraud and illegal short selling appeared at the Eastern Magistracy; the case will be adjourned to Aug. 18, 2023.
- Discovered their suspicious trading activities during joint operation with the police.
- The case will be transferred to district court for trial.
