On 11 March 2026, GE Courts said proceedings re takeover have legally concluded.
- The judgment of 25 February 2026 in II ZR 130/24, closing the case, has been published.
- Recalls in judgment of 13 December 2022 (II ZR 14/21), the Federal Court of Justice overturned the decision of Higher Regional Court of Cologne (unfavorable to plaintiffs) and referred the case back to the Court of Appeal.
- Following retrial, Higher Regional Court ruled in favor of the plaintiff, Federal Court of Justice dismissed defendant's appeal against denial of leave to appeal on points of law by decision of 25 February 2026, because no grounds for granting leave to appeal existed.
