On 10 January  2022, GE BaFin updated its webpage on substantial shareholdings of voting rights, replacing broken links, and expanding on information previously issued.

• Reminds users that from 1 July 2020 notifications of changes to voting rights must be in electronic format; transmission to BaFin is via the MVP portal.
• Users can register with BaFin to be informed about important updates in this area.
