- Order previously subject to consultation from 8 January 2024 to 20 February 2024.
- Amended draft incorporates further changes due to the adoption of the Omnibus Directive and the EU reg on European points of single contact (ESAP).
- Publication of order postponed to include all amendments at the same time.
- Comments on draft executive order on takeover bids must be submitted no later than 3 March 2025.
