Foreign Investment

• Foreign-invested enterprises established in China before 31 December 2019 should use national enterprise credit information publicity system to submit annual report from 1 January to 30 June 2020; those established after 1 January 2020 to submit next year.
• Relevant information shared with commerce, market supervision, forex departments.
• Information shall be publicized on foreign investment information reporting system.
• Enterprises may log in to information reporting system 7 days after submission to inquire about the status of the business department's receipt of their annual report.
• If supplementary reports or corrections are necessary before 30 June 2020, use the information publicity system; if after 1 July 2020, apply to commercial department.

Effectiveness

• This notice is effective 1 January 2020.
