On 26 October 2026, the State Securities Commission (SSC) announced the operation of the Reporting and Information Disclosure Portal for the submission of substantial shareholding disclosures.
- From 2 November 2026, foreign investors should no longer submit substantial shareholding notifications via FIMS.
- From 18:00 on October 30, 2026, the SSC will suspend the following systems to carry out upgrade.
- Reporting and Information Disclosure Portal (RDP) – here, will be available from 2 November.
- Precise filing procedures remain to be confirmed upon its launch.
