Requires banking and insurance institutions to strengthen management of equity and related-party transactions by shareholders, to prevent abuse of shareholder rights. Clarifies responsibilities and obligations of major shareholders in risk disposal, information reporting, capital supplementation, and shareholder rights negotiation.
