On 3 December 2021, EU CMSN issued final regulation on foreign direct investments in OJ. Regulation is in force on 20th day after publication in Official Journal, 23 December 2021
On 29 November 2021, the Minister of Economy announced an extension of the the temporary FDI threshold of 10% (of voting rights) will be extended until 31 December, 2022. The extension applies from 1 January 2022. Terms are unchanged; including in respect of investment by non-European entities in listed companies operating in strategic sectors.
