• Board approved and authorized publication of Final Report of public consultation on AI.
• Analyzed Quarterly Short Selling Supervision Report for period from Aug-Oct 2022.
• Re suitability of members of governing bodies and entities subject to supervision, approved sending of reply to 2 requests for information from POR CB and POR ASF.
• Approved distribution of responsibilities of board appointing Sandra Cardoso as interim director for Issuers Department and Board VP Inês Drumond as president of Steering Committee on System for Compensation to Investors.
