EFTASA Net Short Selling Reporting Threshold

On 17 December 2020, EFTASA renewed decision for disclosure of net short positions 0.1% and over; with ESMA decision extends validity of previous measures.

• Both of the new decisions will apply from 19 December 2020, for a period of three months.
