On 16 October 2018, SZSE issued shareholding increase, repurchase guides.

• Issued Announcement Format of Shareholding Increase Plan and Implementation of  Major Shareholders, Directors, Supervisors, Senior Executives of Listed Companies.
• Refined disclosure requirements on subject, content, and implementation status of shareholding increase where a shareholding increase plan is voluntarily disclosed.
• Also the Announcement Format of Share Repurchase Plan and Implementation of Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as Repurchase Announcement Format).
• Also published clear disclosure requirements for content of share repurchase plans, review procedures, implementation progress if companies repurchase by bidding.
• This is another measure by SZSE to continuously regulate the information disclosure requirements on hot market matters, strengthen binding force on listed companies.
