Administrative Guidance

• Prescribes internal control and internal position management systems that a corporation that wishes to submit a short selling order must have in place.
• Presents matters to be checked by securities houses entrusted with short sale orders when inspecting consignors' internal control, internal position management systems.

Consultation Period

• Comments shall be submitted by 3 July 2024.
