On 16 June 2020, ICL CB issued decision extending revised benchmark limits for the notification of short positions in equities admitted to trading on a regulated market.

• Decision enters into force on 17 June 2020 and is valid for a period of three months.
• Requires everyone, natural or legal, to notify the ICL CB of net stock position shortage when the position exceeds or falls below the threshold of 0.1% of issued share capital.
• Also a notification must be sent whenever the net deficit position changes by 0.1%.
