Hong Kong – SFC Criticizes for Breaches of Takeovers Code

On 10 April 2019, the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) publicly criticized Kwok Tse Wah for breaching the dealing restrictions and dealing disclosure obligations under the Takeovers Code.
