S Korea – FSC Extends Short Selling Ban

On 13 June 2024, the FSC extended its ban on short selling through 30 March 2025.

Set in November 2023, the ban on short selling was to expire on 30 June 2024.
FSC states that it is committed to establishing a naked short selling detection system at the KRX.
