ESMA Net Short Position Threshold
On 22 February 2021, EU ESMA issued the renewal decision of 16 December 2020, in EU OJ. The short selling threshold is in force from 19 December 2020 and applies for three months to 19 March 2021.

Finland – FSA Net Short Position Threshold
On 18 December 2020, FINFSA announced ESMA decision on extension of lower threshold for 3 months for short selling reporting. Has no effect on disclosure limit for net short positions (0.5%).
Sweden – FI Fines for Late Short Selling Reporting
On 5 October 2020, the Swedish regulator Finansinspektionen fined Cigogne Management late short selling notification. Cigogne Management S.A. shall pay a special fee of SEK 2,500,000.
