- The decisions were issued on 28 July 2023 but made public on 23 August 2023.
- Serious infringement of Law 10/2014, Law 21/2011, RDL 19/2018 and RD 778/2012.
- Consisting in failure to report, in a timely manner, the acquisition of and reduction in indirect qualifying shareholdings in the mentioned electronic money entity.
- Fines imposed result of application of 40% reduction provided in art 85 Law 39/2015.
