- LUX CSSF published consolidated version of law of 19 May 2006, dated 20 July 2022.
- The law transposes EU directive 2004/25/EC of 21 April 2004 on takeover bids.
- Applies to takeover bids for securities of companies governed by laws of EU member states where all or some of the securities are admitted to trading on regulated market.
