- Composed of 4 questionnaires including questionnaire 1 general information; questionnaire 2 shareholding; questionnaire 3 holdings; questionnaire 4 exemption.
Purpose
- LUX CB is, by law, in charge of collecting FDI data from all resident credit institutions.
- The FDI survey applies to all resident credit institutions with inward or outward FDI.
- Forms, instructions relating to the survey can be downloaded in English and French.
- Includes details on format of survey reports and the secure transmission procedures.
Effectiveness
- The forms, duly completed and signed, must be submitted before 20 June 2025.
