On 19 December 2022, IND SEBI issued the master circular for foreign portfolio investors, depository participants, foreign investors, to supersede the operational guidelines (OG) issued 5 November 2019 above/incorporate changes to those OGs into new master circular.
- Circulars notifying changes to the 2019 OGs which have now been incorporated into new master circular are listed in annexure A and are rescinded on issue of this circular.
