- Order of 13 April 2022 approved equity investments by public institution la Monnaie de Paris (The Paris Mint) in Monnaie de Paris Gestion Immobilière and SCI Voie Romaine.
- 50,000 shares at €1 each, 100% capital of Monnaie de Paris Gestion Immobilière.
- Acquisition of a stake in capital of SCI Voie Romaine by means of €10,000,000 cash; and contribution in kind of immovable located in Pessac in the amount of €1,815,000.
