On 7 April 2020, EU ESMA issued updated public register with latest DVC dataset as per MiFID II, calculations for period 1 March 2019 to 29 February 2020 plus other updates.

• The number of new breaches is 46:37 equities for the 8% cap, applicable to all trading venues, and 9 equities for the 4% cap, that is applicable to individual trading venues.
• Trading under waivers for new instruments in breach of thresholds suspended 14 April 2020 to 13 October 2020, and those for which caps already existed remain suspended.
• None of previously identified breaches were incorrect, so no suspensions were lifted.
• As of 7 April 2020, there is a total of 352 instruments which have been suspended.
