- AST GVT issued the Foreign acquisitions and takeovers fees imposition amendment (fee doubling) regulations 2022 on 21 July 2022, which amend the Foreign acquisitions and takeovers fees imposition regulations 2020 to double the listed fees.
Effectiveness
- Regulations are in force from 29 July 2022; the regulations sunset on 1 October 2032.
