Australia – FIRB Foreign Acquisition/Takeover

On 30 June 2022, AST FIRB announced 2022-23 foreign investment application fees have been indexed and issued guidance containing fee schedule and other information.

• The revisions apply to applications made and notices given from 1 July 2022.
