On 30 October 2025, the SFC updated the Takeover Table with the following:
- offer period for Perfect Group International Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 03326) closed on 30 October 2025; and
- offeror in ANE (Cayman) Inc. (stock code:09956) has been changed to Celestia BidCo Limited and Celestia TopCo Limited has been added as relevant securities.
